Spa and treatments
Treatments with photos, descriptions, duration and price. A booking button sends guests to your own booking system; MyPictureMenu doesn’t take bookings or payments itself.
Activities and excursions
Hikes, boat trips, cooking classes: each with a gallery, meeting point and what to bring, so guests can decide before they come to the desk.
Breakfast and room service
Show the breakfast menu only during breakfast hours and the night card after the kitchen closes. Schedules follow your hotel’s time zone, including overnight hours.
Restaurant and bar
Dishes and drinks with photos, search and dietary filters — or the PDF menu your restaurant already uses.
Guest information
Check-out time, pool hours, parking, transfers, house rules: written once, translated by you, and always current.
Room cards and public areas
Create a QR code per placement — “Room card”, “Spa reception”, “Lobby” — and print it as an A6 or A5 card. Change what a code opens at any time.

Your restaurant, bar, spa and activities are collections within one property, with one branding and one place to edit. Spa and activity templates work on every plan; the Hotel plan simply gives you more room.
Team roles keep it practical: owners manage billing and the team, editors update content — the spa manager edits treatments, the restaurant updates its menu.

Add each language yourself — no machine translation. Where a text isn’t translated yet, guests see your main language instead of an empty space.
No app, no account
Guests scan the code on the room card and read in their browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Private by design
Guest pages set no cookies and contain no tracking. You see approximate counts of views and QR-code opens, never individual guests.
Good to know: MyPictureMenu presents your offer. Reservations, live availability and payments stay in your existing hotel and spa systems; a booking link takes guests there.

Questions from hotels
Do I need the Hotel plan for a spa menu?
No. Spa and activity templates are available on every plan. The Hotel plan adds capacity: more collections, entries, languages, storage and team members.
Can guests book a treatment directly?
Guests can follow a booking link to your own booking system or website. MyPictureMenu itself doesn’t handle reservations, availability or payments.
We have two hotels. Is that one subscription?
Plans and limits apply per property. Each hotel is its own property with its own subscription; the outlets within one hotel share it.
