For restaurants, cafés and bars
A menu guests can see before they order
Photograph your dishes once, add prices and descriptions, and put one QR code on each table. Guests browse by category and swipe from dish to dish, instead of zooming into a scanned page.
14 days on the Plus plan, no credit card. Guests need no app and no account.

Built around how guests read a menu at the table
Swipe between dishes
Guests open a dish and swipe left or right to the next one in the same category. Buttons and the keyboard work too, and a counter shows where they are, like “3 of 12”.
Search and dietary filters
Guests can search the menu and filter by the labels you set, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or spicy.
Photos and a gallery per dish
Each dish has its main photos and a separate gallery: the plating, the open kitchen, the terrace in summer.
Drinks, wine and the bar
Use the drinks template for wines, cocktails and coffee. If your wine list lives in a PDF, attach it to the drinks collection as it is.
Change the menu without reprinting anything
The QR codes on your tables stay the same. What they show is up to you.
Sold out? Switch it off
Mark a dish as temporarily unavailable. Guests see it’s off today, and you switch it back on tomorrow.
Lunch, dinner, late bar
Schedule when a menu, a category or a single dish is visible, in your venue’s time zone, including menus that run past midnight.
Draft first, then publish
Edit in peace and preview the draft as a guest would see it. Nothing changes for guests until you publish.
QR codes for every table
Create a code per placement — “Table 4”, “Bar”, “Terrace” — and download it as PNG, SVG or a printable A6 or A5 card. Each code keeps working when you rename dishes, reorder the menu, replace a PDF or change what the code opens.
Allergens and dietary information
You can add allergen and dietary information to every dish. MyPictureMenu shows exactly what you enter and always tells guests to ask your staff about allergies or intolerances. It does not check or certify this information — that stays with your kitchen.
What MyPictureMenu doesn’t do
Guests read your menu; ordering and paying stay with your team. There is no table ordering, no payment, no reservations and no connection to your POS system. That keeps it simple to set up and nothing changes in how your service works.
What it costs
One price per property, every feature on every plan. Pay yearly and 2 months are free. No per-scan fees and no visitor cap.

Questions from restaurants
Do I need a photo for every dish?
No. You can start with your PDF or photographed menu pages and add dish photos over time, beginning with the dishes guests ask about most.
Can I show prices in euros or another currency?
Yes. Each venue sets its own currency, for example CHF, EUR, USD or IDR. Prices are shown exactly as you enter them and are never converted.
Can my staff update the menu?
Yes. Invite team members as editors. They can change dishes and prices; the number of team members depends on your plan.
