PDF menus
Put your PDF menu online today — readable on a phone
Upload the PDF you already print. Guests get a page viewer made for small screens instead of a file download, and you can replace the file later without reprinting a single QR code.
14 days on the Plus plan, no credit card. Guests need no app and no account.
What guests see
A shared PDF usually opens in a file viewer that wasn’t made for a dinner table. The MyPictureMenu viewer is.
- Page buttons and swipe
- Next and previous buttons, or a swipe, move one page at a time.
- Zoom and fit to width
- Pinch or use the zoom buttons; one tap fits the page to the screen width.
- Page selector
- Jump straight to the wine list on page 6 instead of flicking through five pages.
- Download if preferred
- Guests who prefer the original file can still download it.

Replace without reprinting
New season, new prices? Upload the new PDF over the old one. The link and every printed QR code keep working.
No PDF? Photograph the pages
Take photos of your printed menu pages and upload them in order. Guests flip through them the same way.
Attach PDFs anywhere
Keep the wine list as a PDF next to a photo menu, or add the spa price list to the spa collection.
Add a text summary
A short text summary next to the viewer helps guests using screen readers and anyone who wants the gist quickly.
Add dishes with photos over time
When you’re ready, add individual dishes with photos, search and dietary filters, and keep the PDF alongside.
File limits
PDFs of up to 20 MB and 100 pages. How many PDF documents you can keep depends on your plan.
An honest note on scanned PDFs and search engines
If your PDF is a scan or a photo, its text is really a picture of text: it can’t be selected, searched or read aloud by screen readers. Search engines also don’t automatically read text inside images. A text summary — or entries for your main dishes — helps with both.
What it costs

Questions about PDF menus
Will my QR code still work after I replace the PDF?
Yes. QR codes point to your catalogue, not to a specific file. Replace the PDF and guests see the new version at the same code.
Can guests still download the PDF?
Yes. The viewer offers a download as a fallback for guests who prefer the original file.
Can I have several PDFs, like food and wine?
Yes. You can attach PDFs to any collection. The number of PDF documents depends on your plan.
