Questions about billing in plain language are answered on the pricing page.
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of MyPictureMenu by businesses (venues). The service is provided by:
- Company / name
- MyPictureMenu Anish Madassery
- Address
- Glanzenbergstrasse 28, 8953 Dietikon, Schweiz
- info@mypicturemenu.com
- VAT number
- Not registered for VAT
2. The service
MyPictureMenu is offered exclusively to businesses (for example restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels), not to consumers. By registering you confirm that you use the service for business purposes.
MyPictureMenu lets venues present menus, drinks, spa treatments, activities and hotel information as a visual catalogue, shared via a link or QR code. Guests use it in their browser without an account.
Not part of the service: ordering, payments for food or services, reservations or live availability, POS integrations, native apps, automatic translation and custom domains.
3. Account and team
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the people you invite. Owners manage everything including billing; editors manage content only.
4. Free trial
Each account can test the Plus plan for 14 days without a credit card; properties added during the trial share it. If no plan is activated, the catalogue is paused at the end of the trial and the content is kept privately for 30 days for export or activation. Deletion happens on request.
5. Prices and payment
Current plans per property: Starter (CHF 3.90 monthly or CHF 39.00 yearly), Plus (CHF 5.90 monthly or CHF 59.00 yearly), Hotel (CHF 7.90 monthly or CHF 79.00 yearly). Prices in CHF. No VAT is charged (not registered for Swiss VAT).
Fees are charged in advance for the chosen billing period through our payment provider Stripe. Price changes and how they are announced: [to be completed by the operator]
6. Term and cancellation
Subscriptions renew for the same billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds: [to be completed by the operator]
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, a grace period of 7 days applies, during which the catalogue stays online and you can update your payment details. What happens after the grace period: [to be completed by the operator]
8. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you publish, including prices, descriptions and allergen information, and you need the rights to the photos and documents you upload. You allow us to store and display this content as far as needed to provide the service.
Allergen and dietary information is shown exactly as you provide it. MyPictureMenu does not check it, and guests are told to ask your staff.
Prohibited content and how it is handled: [to be completed by the operator]
9. Fair use
Guest views are not limited and there are no per-scan fees. The service is meant for presenting your own property’s offer to its guests, not as general file hosting or for automated traffic. Plan limits apply per property.
Measures in case of misuse: [to be completed by the operator]
10. Availability and support
Support is provided through documentation and by email; there is no phone or 24/7 support. Availability commitments and maintenance windows: [to be completed by the operator]
